With all the news about credit card scams, it’s increasingly more difficult not worrying about becoming the next target. The first thought that pops into my mind is, how do I prevent being the victim of credit card fraud? Is there anything I can actually do to minimize the risk? If you’re like me, you have just been a sitting duck, completely unsure of how to mitigate this growing problem. Fortunately, however, I discovered RFID blocking wallets while reading a news article and ended up buying the PAGE ONE. Here’s my honest review of the product for anyone looking for an easy solution to help protect credit cards and Smart IDs you carry.
The Page One RFID blocking wallet helps protect your identity everyday
Before unboxed, I was expecting a bulky exterior. Instead, it’s lightweight and thin! This was quite a shocker, as it has 9 card slots, a zipper pouch, and a money clip… (so far, so good). As for colors, I chose the black design from the 6 color choices.
When I ditched my old billfold for this one, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but initially, I noticed it felt good in my pocket – not too different from any other one I already own. Since it was only $12.99, I was surprised at the leather quality. I expected it to be a cheap looking but having had it for two months now, it hasn’t shown any wear whatsoever. I feel more secure now overall because, hey, we really can’t just bury our heads in the sand about RFID scanner theft. Just because a billfold keeps your money safe doesn’t mean it keeps your identity safe. There’s a big difference.

– “With all of the credit card theft going on lately by using RFID readers getting a wallet like this is basically necessary[…] Because of all of the credit card slots, the zippered pocket, and the RFID blocking I give this wallet an A+.” Verified Amazon Review
Are RFID Wallets worth it?
The Page One wallet looks and feels like your average wallet but with its built in RFID blocking technology, I feel much safer now wherever I go. Knowing that id theft criminals are all around, it’s pretty hard to have peace of mind these days so I think it’s totally worth it to spend the money on it. Is it the best men’s wallet on Amazon for identity protection? Honestly, I don’t know. This is literally the first one I’ve ever bought. Too, there’s much debate about whether RFID blocking (or Radio Frequency Identification blocking) is legit, but I say it’s better to be safer than sorry. How does it work? It blocks 13.56 MHz frequency used by radio frequency ID scanners.
Here are my favorite features of the Page One:
- Accessible bi-fold design
- Secure RFID blocking
- 9 card slots + zipper pouch
- Leather design (6 color options)
- Built-in money clip
- Under $15
We all value safety, and it’s hard to be 100% secure nowadays. With my new Page One billfold, I feel like I have a much better chance of avoiding the creepy hackers out there trying to collect my information right out of my pocket. I highly recommend it for pretty much anyone who uses credit cards or IDs and drivers licenses with chips. If you want to stay safe and smart wherever you go you can buy ONE PAGE’s RFID blocking wallet here on Amazon.
